IELTS 스피킹 연습 : 경험, 특징 '예전에~' '특히 좋았던 건~'(라이브아카데미 #14)

The other day, some friends and I went to an india restaurant and it was really good.

예전에, 몇몇 친구들이랑 나랑 인도음식점에 갔었는데 진짜 좋았어.

I mean I’ve been to quite a few Indian restaurants before,

내 말은, 이전에도 인도음식점을 꽤 갔었는데 

but what made this place especially better was they showed us the traditional way to eat the food and I thought that was really fun.

그런데 이 곳이 더욱 좋았던 건, 거기서는 음식을 먹는 전통방식을 보여줬다는 점이야. 나는 그게 굉장히 재밌었어.

It was really nice to be able to experience their culture instead of just eating the food.

그저 음식을 먹는 것뿐만아니라 그들의 문화를 경험할 수 있다는게 정말 좋았어.

 

The other day, some friends and I watched the new Marvel movie and it was really good.

I mean, I’ve seen quite a few superhero movies before, but what made this one especially better was that it featured many different characters at the same time.

It was really nice to be able to see my favorite charactors in a single movie.
